Good afternoon all,
As you can see, Ive made quite a bit of progress since the last update. This painting is starting to feel very organic and surreal at the same time. Starting at the bottom, dandelion buds are blooming into eyeball sunflowers and metamorphosizing into eyeball butterflies. A few planetoid spheres are present as well as some sort of sand dollar/jellyfish creature. All the while, the monkeys are observing with curious interest. In the background is the beginning of volcano lakes that will probably be located throughout the entire painting. This will allow for all kinds of possibilities in THE DAWN.
What is THE DAWN?
The Dawn is a place where things are not normal and defy logic like an alternate universe. Its a colorful, psychedelic, organic, and surreal universe, world, or state of mind. I look forward to exploring and painting the possibilities.
